Weave One is led by Shoaib Mushtaq, a seasoned strategist who blends data-driven decision-making with a deep belief in the power of human connection.
With over two decades of leadership experience across multinational organizations, Shoaib has built a career on insight, integrity, and impact.
His global journey - from living and working across the UAE, Canada, the U.S., and Cyprus - has shaped a truly international perspective and a passion for forging meaningful, long-term relationships. Whether leading teams or guiding clients, Shoaib brings a rare ability to connect the dots, create momentum, and drive execution with precision.
Shoaib holds an Executive MBA from Queen’s University in Canada, a double bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in the U.S., and has also studied at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus.
